What do you need to do to get your deposit back?
1 - Do the Phazes 40/20 circuit a minimum of 3-5 times a week.
The workout is accessible online for 9.99/month or in the studio as a Phazes Studio member 29.99/month.
2 - Do a fitness assessment and photo turn in at the beginning and end of the program
3 - Drink 8 glasses of water
4 - Eat a Green leafy salad every day (or drink a green smoothie).
5 - Sleep 7 hours at night
6 - Complete fun daily challenges that help with mental, emotional health as well. At Phazes we know that physical health is connected to our mental/spiritual and emotional health. It's impossible to be healthy without addressing deeper issues. We have fun, we dig deep, we educate and try new things.
For each item you complete throughout the 8 weeks you get a portion of your $40 deposit back in your pocket to be refunded at the end of the 8 weeks when you turn in your final results.

All initial fitness assements are with Michelle unless otherwise stated.
We will do a physical test and photo to track your results.
Weigh and measure is optional
