Michelle Ennis - Owner
Licenses/ certifications: CPT, Sports Nutrition, Pilates. Paddlefit, Group fitness, 
Zumba, Senior Fitness. Certified Phazes 40/20 trainer And Master Trainer for Phazes 40/20
Michelle worked as a personal trainer and as a fitness instructor in the gym setting as well as a nutritional supplement sales rep at GNC throughout college while working on her major in Kinesiology/Exercise science with an emphasis in Dance. It was in college that she fell in love with Yoga and weight lifting as well as a variety of styles of exercise formats. Michelle took a break from working the fitness industry to work on raising her family of 5 children.   In 2008, Michelle found herself overweight and unable to walk a block without passing out due to poor choices and lack of proper nutrition and exercise. After her wake up call, She got herself back in shape lost over 60 pounds, pulled herself out of a deep depression and was determined to build a business to help others achieve the results she got through what is now known as Phazes Fitness 40/20 Circuit. She LOVES connecting with her clients and believes true health is more than physical but must incorporate emotional and mental fitness and wellness.  When Michelle isn't in the Phazes Studio she is either at the Lake, Stand up Paddling, Kayaking or home being mom.



Heather Layton - Lead Circuit trainer

Heather graduated from Utah state with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and has worked for Phazes Fitness since 2014.  Heather was a key contributor in the creation of the Phazes 40/20 Circuit program.


Nikki Revis- Bootcamp and Pilates
My name is Nikki Revis.  I am a NASM CPT, wife, and mother of two.  When I'm not playing mom or training, you'll probably find me hiking or catch me venturing into anything that involves the great outdoors.  After losing 35 pounds myself 5 years ago, I started my journey to becoming a certified personal trainer so that I could spread my new found passion for health and wellness.  I have since trained hundreds of clients via one-on-one training, small group fitness training and large group fitness classes (with bootcamp being my specialty).  I'm a firm believer that fitness IS for everyone, and can and SHOULD be FUN!



Bethany Gubler - Zumba, Pilates
Certified Phazes 40/20 Circuit trainer
Bethany Gubler is a 30 year old mommy who has been married to her best friend for over 10 years. She started attending group fitness classes in 2010 and decided she had found her passion. She began teaching Zumba in December of 2010 and hasn't stopped since. Bethany is Zumba fitness certified, Aqua zumba certified, group fitness certified, and has had special trainings including Zumba core, salsa specialty training and rhythm specialty training. Bethany's fitness motto is that you should be able to laugh through your workout.

Simone Montez - Yoga
Simone has been a dedicated Vinyasa and Hot Yoga instructor since 2014.  She trained in the beautiful land of Oahu, with Hawaii Yoga Institute and accomplishes an instensive multi-skill 200 hr YTT certification. With love for Yoga comes love for the great outdoors, Hiking, paddleboarding, kayaking and adventuring beautiful Southern Utah with her pup, are her favorite hobbies!  Join Simone on the mat for an exhilarating and purifying class.


Stephanie Swenson - UJAM Fitness
Stephanie is probably one of the most spunky and fun Dance Fitness instructors - EVER! If you haven't been to her class, you gotta come experience the joy she brings to the room!  Her passion for fitness and dance come together in UJAM where you feel like you are back in the club with your best buddies, getting a little crazy on the floor.  Stephanie Loves hiking, travel and Stand Up Paddling.


Jennifer Kane - Yoga
Jennifer believes that Yoga practice is really just life practice. The poses and techniques learned on the mat will have the most impact off the mat. She studies Health and wellness at BYU - Hawaii, where she earned a BS in Exercise and Sport Science. She is a certified Yoga Teacher and completed her 200 Hour training at 3B Yoga Studio in Provo, Utah.




Anna Beck - Zumba
I started taking Zumba classes in 2013.  I started teaching classes in Laramie, WY Jan 2014, using a space and creating my own classes for people of all fitness levels. About a year ago into teaching, I was hired by Laramie County Community College to be a fitness instructor.  After I had my baby in 2015, we moved to Southern Utah, where I work in the mornings as a drama therapist.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Musical Theater and a Master's degree in Drama Therapy. 



Heather Hall - Barre, Cize Live
Certified Phazes 40/20 Circuit trainer
Heather brings her background as a Ballet instructor into her Barre classes.  She teaches dance to kids and has loved bringing that gift to fitness classes including, Cize, Zumba and Barre.  Heather also loves hiking, Stand Up Paddling and all things outdoors.


Ryan Larkin - Circuit/ Bootcamp Substitute
Certified Phazes 40/20 trainer
Graduated Dixie High School/ Dixie College/ SUU
Worked at WCSO for 16 years.  Has been a PT Coordinator at WCSO since 2009.
I was tremendously unhealthy until about 2007 and realized it wasn't a good idea to be a lazy bum all the time.  Usually I try very hard to resist the sirens call of the delicious buttermilk bar from Lins.
I enjoy running races with my wife Alison.



Alison Larkin - Circuit trainer, Bookkeeping

I was born in Salt Lake City and moved to Southern Utah during high school. I graduated from Dixie College and LDS Business College.  I began running several years ago as an excuse to escape from the messy house. Now mu husband, Ryan and I run races together for fun and fitness.


Bill Ennis - Substitute Circuit trainer
Certifications:  Paddlefit Level 2 coach and Phazes 40/20 Circuit
Bill is an avid stand up Paddler and Kayaker and "Land Paddler".   As Michelle's wife he finds himself often at Phazes helping coach clients.  His fitness background includes coaching clients on the water with proper technique to reduce injury risk while increasing speed and strength.  He loves coming in to hit the strength training offered in the Phazes Circuit.

Evan Ennis - Substitute Circuit trainer

Evan was never a guy that enjoyed Competitive Sports.  After a little encouragement from his mom, Michelle, Evan jumped into bootcamp and fell in love with sprint drills and push ups and all the fun you can find in hard physical work at 5:30am.  He joined Football his senior year of high school and found he was more athletic than most of the guys on the team even though he wasn't an "experienced athlete".  Evan became interested in pursuing Fitness and became a Certified Phazes trainer in spring of 2016 shortly after his 18th birthday.   His football days didn't last but his love of hard physical labor continues.  In the summers he works hauling equipment and coaching clients on the water with his Dad at Dig Paddlesports.  The above picture is Evan on a typical day, exhausted after hard physical labor and cuddling his best buddy. Evan's other hobbies include Dog training and hiking.
