workout for the week

Here's the workout for this week!
Remember to push yourself and go through the workout multiple times. See how many times you can do the entire workout. also, test yourself and see what level (Rookie, Pro, all star, or world class) gets you to the point of "failure".

If you really are a beginner, and by that I mean morbidly obese and never have worked out before or in years or worried about serious joint injuries or heart conditions - please take it a little slower and do what you can.

Those of you more fit - push it!!! Don't wimp out!
I know we all have Christmas and New Year's goodies to work off!
The faster you go from one exercise to the next, the more you get your heart rate up and the more calories you burn! Which means the more inches and pounds will be gone!
