The workouts:
40/20 circuit training was created to give you the best workout for YOUR fitness level.  Fat burning and body sculpting workouts you do for an entire week before changing to the next 40/20 circuit workout. 8 weeks  = 8 fun and challenging workouts!  This process works and it is GUARANTEED to get results when you follow my instructions.

The Daily challenges:
I will give you a fun daily challenge to do that will either educate you, stretch your comfort zone, improve your mental wellness or help your community.  These daily challenges were created to help you become a well-rounded human, not just lose weight.  Oftentimes weight problems are associated with other issues in our life. These fun challenges help you to explore and discover more.

This program is for those who are serious about change.

8 Week Challenge Starts June 20th 2016!

What do you need to do to get your deposit back?
1 - Do the Phazes 40/20 circuit a minimum of 3-5 times a week.
The workout is accessible online for 9.99/month or in the studio as a Phazes Studio member 29.99/month.

2 - Do a fitness assessment and photo turn in at the beginning and end of the program

3 - Drink 8 glasses of water

4 - Eat a Green leafy salad every day (or drink a green smoothie).

5 - Sleep 7 hours at night

6 - Complete fun daily challenges that help with mental, emotional health as well.  At Phazes we know that physical health is connected to our mental/spiritual and emotional health.  It's impossible to be healthy without addressing deeper issues.  We have fun, we dig deep, we educate and try new things.

For each item you complete throughout the 8 weeks you get a portion of your $40 deposit back in your pocket to be refunded at the end of the 8 weeks when you turn in your final results.

PHAZES IS GETTING A FACELIFT!!

I am so excited to finally let the cat out of the bag!  Phazes is remodeling!  We are getting a whole new look and a larger exercise room!  BUT, we want it to be AWESOME!  I have an idea of some really cool things I want to add to your experience at Phazes.    We are doing a few super cool fundraiser events/parties in the Month of October to raise extra cash.
Here is the list of fun things to go do:

Marathon workout Day
4:00-6:30pm Friday October 16th - Suggested donation $5
45 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes of Circuit and 30 minutes of Yoga! Come try the full Phazes lineup!

Garage Sale and Bake sale!
Friday Oct. 16-Saturday Oct 17th 10-5pm both days!
Yup, my office manage talked me into letting her and her buddies make your cheat treats for you and selling them at my studio once again. That's okay, because you will burn it off at the workout day before and the 5K in the morning, right?  RIGHT!
PLUS the yard sale event!  Donate your treasures or come by some treasures you had no idea you needed.

Costume 5K!
Saturday October 17th 9am  Suggested donation $10 (additional family members just $5 asking donation)
Walk, run, crawl, we don't care!  Just dress up and have fun in this super family friendly 5K event.
This is a "fun run" and you are responsible for your own kids being safe during this event.

This is great for someone that just wants a weekly workout to do at home and some menu ideas.  Perfect for someone that is not local to a Phazes studio or whose schedule is too tight to make it in.

Three week Throwdown!

Heart healthy challenge for today

Today's challenge: Seek good in the bad.  See good in others.  Find Joy in struggle.  Today, those things that have bothered you, or felt like set backs or thorns in your side...  you have options.

Option 1:  Find the silver lining of your... "cloud" and write it down.
Option 2 :  Look for Good in someone who you have judged negatively and write it down or tell them personally what you see good in them.
Option 3 :  Make a list of all the blessings in your life.  Take as much time as needed. Write it down to refer to later.

Health is not just about fat loss and muscle tone.  TRUE health is a reflection of what is in your heart.  Make your heart healthy with love and you will want to take better care of you all over.

Is Bootcamp for you?


Phazes Bootcamp is an intense fitness program designed to help you cut fat and get a strong lean body.  Our workouts and trainers are fun! We want you to have a BLAST while you BLAST fat!
In good weather we take our workouts outdoors and use your surroundings and your own body weight.  During cold months we are (mostly) indoors so your lungs don't freeze, because we care.


Bootcamp is for people ready to commit to better habits, track their food, and get their butt kicked every day!  This is not designed as a drop in fitness class that you won't be missed if you choose not to come every day.  When you sign up for Bootcamp you sign up to commit with your trainer and the rest of the crew that you WILL be there for them and for YOU as well.  Skipping out because you just didn't feel like coming isn't an option like it is in a typical gym and other box gym settings.  When you sign up for Bootcamp, you just paid your personal trainers for prepaid training time and said you would be there.  So YOU WILL BE THERE!


If you aren't ready to commit, go to the fitness classes that won't miss you and won't require more out of you.  If you are ready to change, be accountable, and really see something happen... Bootcamp is for you!
