Bootcamp results week one

Only at Bootcamp do I even think about weekly weigh ins... normally, I HATE the scale. But to put a little more pressure on bootcamper to watch what they eat and work hard, yeah, I pull out the scale every week.
and guess what?
Karyn had lost 6 pounds!
Tricia Lost 4 pounds!
and Amber lost 1.5 inches and gained one pound which means she is losing fat and trimming down while getting stronger!

Great results for week one.
we have 11 more weeks of this for these ladies. what will they accomplish in that time?
