week 3/8/10 workout

This week's featured workout is a combination of yoga, pilates and other stretches. it takes about 30 minutes to complete. for a challenge, hold each stretch or pose longer and really concentrate on feeling the muscles work to hold that pose. If this is not a challenge for you, add wrist and ankle weights as you workout.
I like to mix up the workouts a little so that you get a different style once in a while. I use this workout to breathe, focus and re-align my body as well as increase my flexibility. enjoy!
