1.16.2013 - e-mailed news in case you missed it,,,

Just a couple of quick reminders and notes and then you can get on with your busy life.  :)

First - tonight's (Wednesday January 16th) Turbo Kick class with Melissa is cancelled due to illness. 
BUT Michelle will teach a Zumba class since tomorrow night's class (Thursday Jan 17th)  is cancelled due to taping the Dance Fitness video.

The Circuit is going on as normal.


#2 - We are having a special "contest"  and are giving away a free ONE YEAR membership ONE deserving individual.  If you know someone or are someone that needs, wants, deserves a free membership, please send us your story.  You can post the story on our Facebook page or you can e-mail it and we will post it on the Phazes Facebook page.  Then tell your friends to "like" the Phazes facebook page and vote ("like") your story posted there. Although we are considering all votes as a big part of who gets the membership, we are also taking a look at the story itself and why you or someone you want to win, should get it.
So, start sending in your stories. 

#3 - The play room stuff... I went into the play room today and found kids sharing sippy cups, and bottles.  also, there was a banana in the toys.  SO... just a reminder parents - please leave anything out of the playroom that would otherwise be considered food or drink.  We do have kids with serious food allergies, we have kids carrying the flu virus, we have kids that mash food into the toys.  We appreciate your help in keeping food out of the play room.  It is only about an hour that your child is in there.  If you need to take a break and feed your child, please do so outside of the play area. In fact there is a table at Dig set up by Dig front doors where you can set you food and enjoy a minute of peace eating your food.  That's where I have my kids eat when they come to my studio as well.  Please - no food or drink in the kids room.  We all appreciate it.

#4 - Have you tried the Phazes circuit yet?  it's 30 minutes and there are multiple times throughout the day to choose from.  as early as 6:00am  or as late as 8:30pm.
Try any of these times:
6:00am, 6:30am, 7:00am, 8:30am, 9:00am, 9:45am, 10:15am, 10:45am, 11:15am, 11:45am, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm
GOLD circuit for those with difficulty with exercise are at:
 8:30am and 9:45am.
