Wendy Smart has been attending Bootcamp for the past week and has lost 5 pounds in one week! I am so proud of her determination and ability to push through even when it was tough. WAY TO GO!

keeping her food journal and tracking her calories - she eats enough food to allow her body to operate and she drinks her water PLUS she works hard at Bootcamp and pushes herself to new levels all the time! I am proud of you Wendy!
