Marathon workout day

March 9th.... that is the day we have an amazing day planned for you! Starting at 9:00am and going til 2:00pm. Come for the whole day and win more prizes or come and go and try out just a few classes throughout the day. Your choice. Teams, prizes, contests, And LOADS of sweaty fun goodness! Classes will be condensed into 40-45 minutes and have more than one instructor so you can get a feeling for EVERYTHING Phazes has to offer and all the trainers here at Phazes! 9:00 - Zumba 9:55 - Core Strength 10:45 - Turbo Kick 11:30 - snacks provided by Phazes 12:00 - Phazes Circuit 12:50 Yoga 2:00 Prizes!! We have been gathering prizes and donations from so many amazing local businesses! There will be a TON of giveaways! Bring your friends! There will be awesome New member deals to those new to Phazes. So tell your friends, load up your car and join the party! We will also give prizes away to those that bring the most "newbie" friends. The Dance Video is done and on it's way! We hope to have actual copies of the dvd my March 9th in time for our marathon workout day. In the meantime, you can pre-order your video for just $18.00! Here on the blogspot all you gotta do is go to the link on the left side of the page and click on "Class Schedule here" then go to "Online Store". That should be pretty easy from there. If you are confused, feel free to e-mail phazesfitness@gmail.com or go through Tyann Clark directly to get your video. This was a lot of fun to put together. We got tired and were up pretty late. Some of the extra features will tell more about just how tired and crazy we got. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did putting it together for you. My Viking Guy...

My husband Bill is a great guy.  He's such a good sport.  But he is a MAN of a MAN!  He loves to lift weights and kayak and Stand up Paddle and Skate.  I convinced him to try Yoga.  :)  I smile as I think of this burly guy grunting to try and touch his touch.  He now calls it "Viking Yoga".  Anything that seems graceful and nice and flowing... just add Bill and it becomes a VIKING class!

Bill quit dancing with me soon after we were married.  Like a lot of men he decided he won his woman and there was no need for dancing publicly anymore.  We ladies LOVE a guy that will dance with us.  AND SO... Bill is joining us for ZUMBA on Valentine's day...
Hence... VIKING ZUMBA!  Here we go!  Thanks Bill for this fun poster!  OK guys, the manliest man I know is joining in and we are going to have an AWESOME fun night.  Come join us!

Zumba Valentine's day style!

Happy Valentine's day Thursday February 14th!  All guys get in free to all classes this Thursday.  AND... we have a special invitation to all those men out there to come join us for ZUMBA Thursday night!  Ladies - bring your husband, boyfriend, or person of interest.
8:00pm is going to be a serious party at ZUMBA! with Bethany and Michelle and the men in their lives hosting  come join us!
